Parazul wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ll gladly accept merchandise returns for a full refund within (30) days from the date of delivery with a copy of the original invoice.
All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Returned merchandise should also include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned (unless defective).
In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise from Parazul.com, we will gladly replace the item, or give you a full refund at our expense.
Any merchandise that was not purchased directly from Parazul.com that is accompanied by a receipt issued within 30 days will be eligible for a full merchandise credit.
For all merchandise returned without a receipt, we’ll gladly issue merchandise credit for the current retail value of the goods.
Merchandise returned within 30 days will be fully refunded.
For returns received more than 60 days after the order shipped to you, we will provide Online Store Credit for the purchase price if the item is accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Online credit may not be used at Parazul retail partner stores.
We’re sorry, but we cannot provide a refund or store credit for items returned over 90 days after the original purchase date.
Returns are accepted by mail; please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Please remember to ship the item with insured, traceable mail. Be sure to fill out and include the Return & Exchange form with your merchandise.

Place the packing slip, return and exchange form, and the merchandise you wish to return in a secure package. Please return your package to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed below. Parazul is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
ASAP! You can expect your refund/exchange to process within approximately 30 days of us receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Parazul. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
