Parazul does its best to make sure you will be satisfied with every purchase. We use only the finest materials available, stand behind the durability of our products, and offer an unconditional guarantee against any defects in craftsmanship on handbags for a full year of normal use. The warranty entitles the buyer to repairs for defective parts or workmanship. It does not cover buyer’s remorse or normal wear and tear, including abuse of the materials, and excludes scarves.

We encourage you to register your Parazul bags and wallets. By doing so, you will guarantee quick and easy reference for our Customer Service Department should you need it. Note: Online purchases are automatically registered.

Is my scarf covered under the warranty?

The one-year warranty applies to Parazul handbags and wallets. Scarves are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase against damage, not including buyer's negligence.

What is the estimated time to process a refund or exchange?

Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges. Our repair process takes four to six weeks from the time the product is received.

How should I care for my Parazul purchase?

You’ll find the quality materials used in your Parazul bag are durable and will wear well with standard use. We recommend using a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to wipe any dirt from the body material. A basic leather cleaner can be used as needed for the leather trim. When not in use, store your bag in the blue dust bag. Stuffing tissue paper inside the bag will help maintain its shape. Dry cleaning is recommended for the silk scarves.
